You can pay with VISA and MasterCard bank cards.

For your payment to be made without any incident, and thus minimize any unauthorized intrusion in your bank details, you will be automatically redirected to the online payment platform of your bank, where it will be necessary to authorize the payment and thus confirm the purchase made by you.

The payment services provided are provided through Getnet Europe, Entidad de Pago, S.L.U, a European licensed payment entity, under the terms of service set out in Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market (PSD2). For the use of the Services, the User expressly accepts the general terms and conditions of service of Getnet Europe, Entidad de Pago, S.L.U which can be consulted at the address www.getneteurope.com

Therefore, the payment application that Smartgroup makes available to the User has the purpose of facilitating the User the payment management of invoices for services rendered, through the payment gateway of Getnet Europe, Entidad de Pago, S.L.U. With the use of the payment gateway the User expressly accepts the general conditions of service of Getnet Europe, Entidad de Pago, S.L.U that can be consulted at the following address www.getneteurope.com.

The payment platform may contain links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites over which Smartgroup has no control. In no event shall Smartgroup assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to another website, nor guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, comprehensiveness, accuracy, truthfulness, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any such hyperlinks, links or other Internet sites. Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections does not imply any type of association, merger or participation with the connected entities. In any case, the existence of hyperlinks on websites outside Smartgroup, will not imply in any case the existence of commercial or mercantile relations with the owner of the website where the hyperlink is established, nor the acceptance by Smartgroup.

The use by the User of the payment gateway provided does not imply acceptance by the User of the invoice for which payment is made. The customer has the right to complain about any aspect of the invoice through the telephone channel 917374205 or by email to facturacion@smartgroup.es.

In the event that after using the payment gateway provided and paid the invoice by the User, the invoice still appears as unpaid on the website of Smartgroup, the User has at its disposal the phone number 917374205 and email facturacion@smartgroup.es claims The User must, in this case, prove the reality of the payment by sufficient documentation in the opinion of Smartgroup.

The conditions of the telecommunications service provided by Smartgroup are those contained in the general conditions and particular conditions subscribed by the User with Smartgroup.
